31 film that leaves a TRACE at 12th STIFF

The 12th edition of STIFF brings us 31 films that will certainly leave a trace – in Rijeka, at the festival, and in all us viewers. This year’s stories are curated in eight programme blocks, selected by Maša Drndić and Marta Ban, this year joined by Bela Bračko Milešević.

All the films are vying for Best Film prize – in Fiction, Documentary and Animation – and one will win the coveted Audience Award.

To help you navigate through the programme, we prepared the list by genre, with a side note: whichever block you choose to see, we firmly believe every one of these films will leave a small, but permanent TRACE.

Whether you are a fan of powerful documentary stories, playful and imaginative animation, or intense and emotional fiction films – 12th STIFF has a programme for you.

Join us from 27th until 29th November and discover which film will leave the biggest TRACE in you.
